How to Make Fast Food Healthier

We all know that fast food could highjack our healthy diet and it’s the main reason for increase in body calories. Presently, people are more conscious about having healthy diet. But for people who love fast food don’t have to worry about because there are ways that can make fast food healthier. 

1. Choose grilled chicken, not fried

Mostly people feel terrible when they have to eat only salad to maintain their health diet. But trust me it’s not the only thing that you can eat for maintaining your diet. You can choose to eat grilled chicken instead of fried chicken. It’s is also a simple way to get a healthy fast food diet. If you will eat crispy or fried chicken as a substitute of grilled chicken, than you will only consume extra 80 calories and an additional 8 g of fat. 

2. Skip the toppings

Always prefer to ignore the toppings, if you will add pecans, croutons and bacon bits at the top of your salad, than it will increase the fat level, sugar level, calories and salts in your body. For a healthy diet you have to skip these toppers. Because adding gourmet croutons on the top of your salad will add extra 80 calories and increase 3 g fat. 

3. Choose a vinaigrette salad dressing, not creamy

Always prefer to avoid the creamy topping over your salad as it could increase the calories level of your diet. Instead of adding creamy topping you should add vinaigrette toping over your salad that’s more delicious and healthy for your diet. Basically a creamy topping contains 260 calories and become a reason to increase 29 g fat. But if you choice Vinaigrette, than it could increase 60 calories and almost 3.5 g fat.

4. Avoid milkshakes masquerading as gourmet coffee drinks

Even the Cappucino MooLatte will result in increasing 510 calories and could increase 18 g fat. But if you want to have a sweet treat than its better to avoid chocolate shake or ice-cream, instead of that you should prefer to eat Kids’ Vanilla Cone that only contain 170 calories and will increase 4.5 g fat.

5. Don’t quadruple, triple or even double the meat patties

There are people who would love to eat meat patties especially in burgers. So if you want to have a healthy diet than it would be better if you avoid eating quadruple, triple or even double the meat patties. As they can only increase the level of calories in the human body so its better if you avoid these types of diet. 

Normally, average people requires 60-80 g of protein every day, or they need almost 21 g of protein in their daily meal.
