A Hereford Beefstouw is a Danish steakhouse restaurant chain. It was founded in 1971,^[1] when the company opened its first restaurant in Herning,^[2] Denmark. Since then it has expanded to 12 restaurants in Denmark,^[3] along with restaurants in Adelaide,^[4] Australia; Nuuk, Greenland;^[5] and Göteborg, Sweden.^[6]
