Founded 1873
The Rev. Ivor St Clair Ramsay, whose death at Cambridge is reported on another page, had been the Dean of King's College since the beginning of 1949. He was born in 1902, the son of Alfred Alexander Ramsay, of Glasgow. He was educated at Ardvreck, Crieff, at Uppingham, at Glasgow University, and at King's College, Cambridge.
