Bishan Singh Chuphal

Bishan Singh Chuphal (born 13 May 1955) is an Indian politician and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Chuphal ha been elected six times as a member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly from the Didihat constituency in Pithoragarh district.[1][2][3] Earlier, he was BJP Party Chief of Uttarakhand[1].
