Dobrinsky District (Russian: До́бринский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the eighteen in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,680 square kilometers (650 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a settlement) of Dobrinka.[1] Population: 33,256 (2021 Census);[7] 37,567 (2010 Russian census);[3] 40,809 (2002 Census);[8] 42,902 (1989 Soviet census).[9] The population of Dobrinka accounts for 27.0% of the district's total population.[7]
