Feyziyeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان فيضيه)[3] is in the Central District of Babol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Soltan Mohammad-e Taher.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 24,073 in 6,210 households.[6] There were 25,451 inhabitants in 7,468 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 26,670 in 8,744 households. The most populous of its 33 villages was Pain Bisheh Sar, with 3,098 people.[2]
