Other information	This image is used many times in EnWiki. However, due to the changes in German copyright law, it fell out of the public domain in 1995, and was thus copyright in 1996. The earliest this can come back into the public domain is late 2009, if the photographer perished soon after the photo was taken, which is a possibility. In the EU, it is likely that the name of the photographer is lost due to its age, and so it would come into the public domain in late 2009, 70 years after being published. However, until that point, it cannot be hosted on the commons, and is moved back here.
