Jakup_Veseli Knowpia

Jakup Veseli (aka Vejsel Margëllëçi^[1]) was a leading figure in the Albanian independence movement one of the delegates of Albanian Declaration of Independence, representing the region of Chameria.^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]

He was born in Margariti, (Albanian: Margëlliç), modern-day Greece, then Ottoman Empire.^{[citation needed]}
