Jarqavieh Vosta Rural District (Persian: دهستان جرقويه وسطي)[3] is in the Central District of Jarqavieh County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Nikabad.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Jarqavieh Sofla District of Isfahan County) was 6,204 in 1,712 households.[6] There were 6,452 inhabitants in 2,015 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,477 in 2,181 households. The largest of its 25 villages was Peykan, with 2,760 people.[2]
In 2021, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Jarqavieh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Nikabad as its capital.[4]
