John Pinch (rugby)

Summary

John Pinch (2 December 1870[2] – 3 March 1946[3]) was an English rugby union and rugby league footballer who played in the 1890s. He played at representative level for England, and at club level for Lancaster,[4] as a forward, e.g. front row, lock, or back row.[1]

John Pinch won caps for England while at Lancaster in 1896 against Wales, and Ireland, in 1897 against Scotland.[1]
