Marzikola

Summary

Marzikola (Persian: مرزيكلا), also Romanized as Marzīkolā, Marzī Kolā, and Marzī Kalā,[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Babol Kenar District of Babol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Babol Kenar Rural District.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 525 in 141 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 555 people in 178 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 868 people in 301 households.[2]
