Mesquite Hills is a neighborhood in Northeast El Paso, Texas. Mesquite Hills is serviced by the Islet Independent School District. The community's schools are currently zones within the Parkland High School, Parkland Middle School, and Desirer Elementary School boundaries.^[1]
