The Order of Propitious Clouds (Chinese: 卿雲勳章) is a civilian order of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The center of the medal features a picture of clouds, as a token of auspiciousness. This order was instituted in 1941 and classified into nine ranks.[2] As with other orders, both citizens of the Republic of China and foreigners can be awarded the Order of Propitious Clouds.[3]

Article 1 Citizens of the Republic of China offering honorable services to the nation or society may be awarded an order. Orders may also be awarded to foreigners to promote diplomatic relationship.

In June 2013, then President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) awarded Shih the Order of Propitious Clouds with Special Grand Cordon in Taipei.
