P. H. Manoj Pandian (born 8 August 1971) is a politician and current Member of the Legislative Assembly for Alangulam constituency. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Cheranmahadevi constituency in 2001 election[1] and former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) from 2010 to 2016.

Pandian, who was Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 1984–89, Deputy Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 1980–1984, Member of Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 1977–1980, 1989–1991 [Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam(Janaki Faction)] and Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) 1999–2004; son of Dr. Cynthia Pandian, M.A., M.Ed., M.Phil., Ph.D.(Education), Fulbright Scholar, who was the Vice-Chancellor of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Vice-Chairperson of Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education (Tamil Nadu) and Director, Academic Staff College, University of Madras.
