Career edit

2003-2008 edit

In 2003, he began his hip-hop journey in New York, when he met Mitya Severny and formed with him the team “Pentagon: Project Konstanta”, the name of which was later shortened to “ Konstanta”.

The appearance of “Konstanta” in Russia occurred on the album “Etazhi” released in 2006 by the group “Smoke Screen”[rus] consisting of Slim and Lexus. The song is called “On the Area”, and, in addition to them, Dmitry 5 Plyukh is presented there, with whom they strike up an acquaintance. Over time, the participants of “ Konstanta” met Guf and the group “Ezekiel 25:17”, which also took part in “Floors”.

After some time, Severny met Nikita DJ Nik-One, who invited the guys to include their track in their music release. The track "Poetry Nights" appeared on DJ Nik-One's 2008 mixtape.

2008-2011 edit

Members of "Konstanta" with the participation of Slim, appeared on such albums as "Ether is Normal " by the group Centr and " Cold " by Slim. In 2009, Slim took part in the filming of a video for the song “Running” in New York from the album “Cold”, which was released on November 12.[5] This was considered his major break into the culture of Russian hip hop at the time.[6]

In 2010, “Konstanta” came with its first concert to Russia, to St. Petersburg and Moscow , having previously filmed a video in New York for a joint song with Slim “Demons”. The video clip was released on October 11 in anticipation of Slim's second album . After some time, Severny returned to New York. Soon the recording of a joint album between Slim and Slovetsky began, on which Severny joined from New York via the Internet, and the album grew into a collaboration between Slim and “Konstantas”. On May 31, 2011, the album “Azimut” was released, released with the support of the TsAO Records label by the Nikitin recording company on CDs. The album was also posted for free download on the portal thankyou.ru.[7]

2012-2014 edit

In 2012, Slovetsky at the TsAO Records studio met Vadim QP, a member of the Gazgolder label , who invited Slovetsky to the Gazgolder studio, where Slovetsky recorded a joint track with Noggano called “Be Healthy” (before that they already had a joint song “Let’s smoke on the loggia”), for which a video clip was later shot. Soon Slovetsky decides to join the Creative Association Gazgolder. On June 2, 2012, he participated in the “Hip-Hop All Stars II” event, where performers such as the groups “Casta” and Centr, Rem Digga, the Chemodan clan and others performed.

On June 8, Slovetsky’s debut solo album, entitled Mozaika, was released, which featured rap artists such as Noggano, Tato, Daffy and Mitya Severny.
