The New Orleans City Planning Commission defines the boundaries of Tulane/Gravier as these streets: St. Louis Street, North Claiborne Avenue, Iberville Street, North Derbigny Street, South Derbigny Street, Cleveland Street, South Claiborne Avenue, the Pontchartrain Expressway and South Broad Street.[1]
