Virginia Bergin (born 1966) is an English writer and poet.

Early life edit

Bergin grew up in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and now lives in Bristol. She studied psychology and fine arts at Central Saint Martins.

In 2017, Bergin won the Otherwise Award for her young adult science fiction novel Who Runs The World?, which was released in November 2018 in the United States under the title The XY.[1][2][3][4] Bergin also wrote two other young adult science fiction novels in her dystopian The Rain series:[5]
