What is the EB-5 Visa
Program?
The EB-5 Visa program is a
process of getting a visa for the citizens who are planning to get a green card
for residing and doing business in the US economy. Getting a green card is not
easy; various stages need to be crossed in the EB-5 visa process. Every year thousands of visa applications
are registered under visa authorities for US citizenship.
What steps should be followed before applying for the EB-5 visa
process?

an application of I-485 to adjust the status in order to get a green card.
b)
If the EB-5 investor is living outside the US,
then the person needs to submit an application of DS-260 at the US embassy to
further the EB-5 visa process.
You must require an immigration attorney to issue the
EB-5 visa in both cases. During the two year conditional period the investor
should fulfill the requirements of physical appearance, the person can’t leave
the US for more than a year without getting an entry permit from the US
authorities.

In the final process, an investor has to become
an unconditional permanent resident by removing their two-year conditional
status. Then the I-829 petition to the US visa authorities After
fulfilling the requirements of the EB-5 visa process a person can permanently and happily live with his/her spouse and
children above 21 years of age.

There is a possibility of your visa application
being rejected by the US visa authorities for multiple reasons. If the person
has given inaccurate information, disappointing business plan, using an
unauthorized source of investment funds, putting capital at risk, etc, then it
might take months or even years to re-appear for submitting a visa application.

need certain documents’ to have certain documents with you such as a copy of

return ticket, copy of hotel reservation, two passport-size photograph, and a
