The manufacturer (manufacturer/importer) must provide their previous import/sale data, according to which the CPCB objectives are assigned. Additional quarterly import/sales data must be submitted after the EPR publication.
The manufacturer is required to hold two seminars each year to educate the public about the hazardous effects of electronic waste and the proper methods for channeling and disposing of electronic waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
