You never have to be in your car for too long.
The majority of real estate properties in Hallandale Beach are condominiums, but there are some single-family homes. I just sold a 1700SQFT condo that was on the water for 220K. No water view, but when you go to the pool, you see the water. Below is the condo I was talking about. Pretty nice huh.
