The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act was brought into action in 2013. This legislative act in India provides Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal looks after the protection of women at the workplace. 

The fulcrum of PoSH law training revolves around building a socio-legal perspective. It was on 3rd September 2012 that Lok Sabha passed it. The Rajya Sabha Passed this on 26 February 2013.

Fatigue, Headache, Increased stress levels, Eating disturbances, and Sleep disturbances

Sexual harassment can occur in many conditions. The torturer can be of any gender and have any connection to the sufferer, comprising being a co-worker, colleague, manager, supervisor, peer, or teacher. 

Sexual harassment includes Sexual favours, Physical contact or undesirable, Sexual remarks. It even includes discussing sexual stories and fantasy, Showing sexual posture or Showing Sexually explicit videos, pictures or messages.
