Franchise contract obligations and rights
Franchisors and franchisees each have certain obligations and rights within a franchise agreement:
Franchisor:
The franchisor must give the franchisee access to all equipment, technology, and intellectual property that the franchisee will need to operate the franchise, including training of employees if necessary.
