Novousmansky District (Russian: Новоу́сманский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,247 square kilometers (481 sq mi).[6] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Novaya Usman.[1] Population: 786,930 (2021 Census);[7] 73,034 (2010 Russian census);[2] 64,275 (2002 Census);[8] 64,182 (1989 Soviet census).[9] The population of Novaya Usman accounts for 42.0% of the district's total population.[7]
