Structure of  

Early Career Program staged in three different phases:

Eligibility criteria for HCL training program for freshers:

HCL Techbee needs students to have Mathematics/Business Mathematics as a mandatory subject in 12th, with a minimum score of 60% or above. The passing year from school must not be later than the current year or one year before the TechBee year batch for which you are applying. If any student produces double mark sheets (original and improvement) for Class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered to calculate a percentage, irrespective of any board recommendations.

The final criteria for every are that he/she must be a resident of India who has successfully cleared class 12th board exams in 2020 & 2019. Selection for the hiring and training program is strictly made on a merit basis, after which the candidates appear for SAT Test. Once the candidate establishes their SAT eligibility, they need to appear for panel interviews for the final selection procedure.
