BA role in Agile software development
The main tasks of a business analyst in a software development system are the study, description, analysis and, if necessary, reengineering of business processes. The main output document is a description of the business processes As Is (required) and To Be (if necessary).
A business analyst is a specialist who explores a customer’s problem, seeks a solution, and draws up his concept in the form of requirements that developers will continue to focus on when creating a product.
His tasks also include finding out why users need a new software system. Then determine user, functional and quality requirements, on the basis of which teams will be able to evaluate and plan the project, as well as design, build and test a software product.
