It’s the start of a new season, and that means it’s the perfect time to take a
step back and look at the big picture. This critical time can almost feel like
a bookmark, as if you’re finishing one chapter and turning the page with excitement
to find out what comes next. So, ask yourself, what does come next? What kind
of progress have you made over the last few months? How will you keep that
momentum moving forward? This could also be a good time to consider whether

you’re fairly experienced yourself, mentor a new lifter or encourage a friend
to pursue weightlifting or start their own fitness journey. It’s a fulfilling

on the chin-up bars. The possibilities are endless, so don’t wait—just get out
there. It’s only going to get hotter out there as you move around, so make sure
