So I went to the beach last Friday. I realized why I never go into the ocean water.
THERE'S JUST SO MUCH SAND and I hated getting sand all over my body and it isn't refreshing at all coming out of the water. The sand gets stuck all over and I felt more gross when I came out then when I went in.
Truly, movies and shows have done a great job of depicting the beach as a fun and exciting place to go to. I mean it is, but movies and shows miss the other part of reality where it is very hot, dirty, and messy.
But to sum it all, I had a great time at the beach during the 4th of July weekend. After this weekend, I've realized that I enjoy the beach more when I'm out of the water, buried under the sand.
