Practice on Your Friends

Tell a friend you are thankful for them in your life, then tell them why. You will be amazed at the reactions you receive as your genuine gratitude shines through.

Recap of 4 attitude of gratitude behaviors:

  1. Make a top 10 gratitude list you read each night and each morning

  2. Make a “gratitude Jar” write down something your grateful for and put it inside the jar each day. Then read it at the end of the year to remind yourself about the wealth in your life.

  3. Family thankfulness sharing. During special occasions, remind each other how valuable you all are.

  4. Practice on friends too, not just family.

We are blessed in ways large and small we tend to forget about. Be joyful, be thankful!
