Eligibility Criteria
• B.E. / B. Tech (EEE / ECE / CSE/ IT streams only) can apply for this program
• Candidates having no prior experience can also apply. But they should be either MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) and must have scored a minimum 65% marks in graduation, Class 12th and Class 10th
• Year of passing graduation should be 2016 or later.
• Candidates should be a local resident of Vijayawada only. The residence of the candidate should be within 50 Kms range of HCL Vijayawada (Gannavaram).
About The Program
HCL TSS recruits candidates on the basis of their competencies. They promote the philosophy of “staying rooted” for local freshers and “coming back home” for experienced candidates to take up the jobs in their hometowns so that they can continue to balance their work and personal lives.
Fresher candidates, who are selected for this program, will undergo a fee-based training program which is offered by HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS). The blended training program includes
• Classroom training
• Domain knowledge & soft skills training
• On-the-job training for sharpening practical skill set of the candidates
HCL TSS then officially source and staff the arm of HCL Technologies. Thus, candidates who successfully complete the training & hiring program will be placed with HCL Technologies with assured jobs. The Job role will include career streams cutting across
