Learn how to convert images or scans of documents into searchable, editable PDF documents, and fix the quality of the resulting file. Open create-searchable. Pdf in Acrobat DC or start a photo of a few of your documents. In the ideal hand pane, choose the Enhance Scans tool. Select Enhance > Camera Picture to deliver the Enhance sub menu. Pick the proper option in the Content drop down. Auto Notice is the default option and works on many scanned documents. Drag the blue dots to frame the section of the page you would like to conserve. Align the dots along the edges of the record to resolve the skewing and click Enhance Page. At this point, you've got a better image of your document, however you still cannot edit, pick, or hunt the text. Note: Refer to Scan files to PDF for more details about how you can change the default settings to enhance scanned documents. Select Recognize Text In This Document to invoke the text recognition sub menu. If needed, click the Language drop-down and then select the suitable language in the list of choices, which range from Basque to Ukrainian. Click on Recognize Text to convert the image to text which can be edited and selected. As soon as you use the Recognize Text tool to convert your scanned image into a usable PDF file, you can choose and search through the text from that document, which makes it easy to locate, change, and reuse the info from your previous paper documents. Choose the Find text application and input text to search from the Find field. Now that the text is editable, you can opt to substitute the text if needed. Note: You get a very low resolution scan warning indicating that editing the record not create the best results. Click Yes to keep and edit the scanned file. Click No to create no further edits to the file.
