Why Is It So Difficult For Students To Write English Assignments?

Students face difficulty in writing for English literatures, they find issues in written tasks assigned by their professors’ in classrooms. Students have this perception that writings are boring, some think that it is a full effort, time consuming task that requires a lot of dimensions, and also, it’s a lengthy task to do. It is not important that students who can speak and learn well also can write well. Writing is completely different from speaking or reading, good speaker also finds issues in writing. These students always find difficulty in writing and so they get low grades in their writing exams. There are so many explanations why school children find it hard to inscribe in English.

Reasons Writing in English is Difficult:

Weak writing skills; It is expected from students to present their assignment well written. The primary reason behind the fact that why students fail to do so that’s because of lack of vocabulary. Teaching institutes require excellent quality well written paper that demands highly good written skills. To present quality of good writing capability students require experts who will help them to improve their vocabulary by some learning practice, reading and some activities.

Academic papers: Students are assigned with different type of assignments and they usually get confused in the formation, because of this issue they combine the guidelines with one another. To write the assignment properly they get confused with structures and everything they mix in their papers.

Lack of Focus: Being focus is important while writing. It is not easy as it sounds.  The very first thing while making assignments is that students need to be focused. Everybody has some strategy to be focused. In this way, you can do it by tuning in to music, strolling through the forested areas, or by doing some other movement. An engaged personality can produce a few thoughts. Along these lines, when you've increased adequate fixation through any of the above methods, begin composing your task.

Lack of Practice: As experts say that practice makes a man perfect, so to improve your writing skills or want to be expert in writing, students need to practice again and again. And students don’t like practicing so they look for expert writers and they ask them to complete their work.

Understanding of subject not clear: Different topics are assigned to students of which they are not aware of topic so because of that understanding of students were not clear they try to gather irrelevant data and put it in their assignment writing. That causes improper structure of sentences, the irrelevant correct information does not convey any message thus they get bad grades. So to get good grades and to avoid this situation students look for somebody else to do their work.

Writing Troubles:

Many students are careless about their work; many students have disabilities in learning these issues leave effects on student’s written assignments. Some students’ hand writing is not good. And some writing doesn’t create any sense of information.

There are two type of writing mistakes.  It is easy to find out error characteristics for teachers, error characteristics are punctuation, spelling mistakes, wrong pronouns. However, the non error characteristics are the errors that create big mistakes in assignments that are idea, wrong information, and an unclear concept, in correct writing expression.

Sometime performance of students depends upon teachers. Teachers should give more writing task to students for their writing practice, after several time practice students may be able to develop good writing. Student skills of writing will get more mature as much as they will practice.

Another strategy teachers must imply is giving feedback to students.  Feedback from teachers should be very much motivational and specific. Teachers must give feedback in a way that will help each student to know about the problem and it will also encourage every student to improve and solve it for the next time. And feedback also helps to revise the assignment.

Conclusion:

Students face different issues in writing like unorganized formation, grammatical errors, unnecessary information, apply incorrect pronouns, adjectives, wrong vocabulary, spelling mistakes, etc. These issues can be solved by a lot of practice, knowing the topic before writing, proper guidelines and with the help of teachers and their feedback.
