Apple will get a turn in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in an attempt to escape a class-action lawsuit revived by a lower court, according to Reuters. The court agreed Monday to hear Apple’s appeal of the lawsuit, which accuses the tech giant of breaking federal anti-trust laws with its App store. Reuters reports that the Trump administration backs Apple in the dispute and urged the justices to hear the case.
