Joy & I live with one foot in the world of Costco & Home Depot and the other foot in pioneer days. We live on the edge of a primordial forest, filled with all kinds of animals to eat. The past few months we have been abused by a wild bull, coming down at night to be mean and just break things. I went nose to nose the other night and got to see how big this guy really is. With the help of two local Paniolos (cowboys), we have set 3 traps to snare and catch this monster. Unfortunately for the bull, we will not be able to get close enough to capture and release, so we will shoot it in the head and divide all the meat among a few families. This is what is so cool about living on the largest volcano in the world, no hunting license, no fishing license, it is on your land or you want to swim with the sharks, it is yours. So stand by for a full update, this bull has got to go, tri-tip and rib eye on the menu.
