RICS Route to Membership

There are many paths through which a candidate can become a chartered member of RICS. The first thing an individual should do before applying for the MRICS qualification is to obtain the qualifications required to qualify as a professional.

Qualification required to apply for MRICS - individuals who possess an accredited degree from RICS or any degree related to the construction field are eligible to apply for the MRICS final assessment route.
