Do you like eating? Do you like exercising? If you answered "Yes" to one or both these questions then you are qualified and identified to be a human being.
Nowadays, fast-food, chain restaurants dominate the entire globe. Companies are literally making ridiculous amounts of money to get all of you guys to eat unhealthy. More recently however, there has a been a movement for organic produce and food, but it can become quite expensive. On top of that not many people have the time or money to eat healthy and home-made meals every day in their lives. However, there is a solution I can propose:
A gym where the plates (45 lbs of weight) are the plates (plates used to carry food) you eat. This is a gym based on a reward system to eat. It incentivizes people to push beyond their limits and get into the best shape they have ever gotten with food. The gym will be scaled in a way where people's BMI, fat, progression, current state, etc. will be proportionate to the amount of food they receive. In this way, we will not be giving body builders 300 calories a meal and we will not be giving people who just started out a 2,000 calorie meal. Each meal will be specific and catered towards the goals set by each person. Moreover, to make things fun and interesting, every weight (dumbbell or plate) will represent the food item one so desires that day.
You might be asking: won't the food become smelly or rotten for the time it has to remain in the gym with all the people racking and re-racking weights? Well, the food will essentially be replicas of food items. It will similar to the food items, but it will not be the food itself. At the end of every gym session, a person will be able to receive the amount of food they deserve based on a sensor system implemented through the weights themselves. The sensor will be able to detect what amount of weight will be picked up and how many repetitions and sets a person has done.
Ultimately, this idea is still a bit far into the future, but it can become a convenient way for people to stay healthy through exercising and eating healthy. This will also save customers a huge amount of time since they can basically eat right after their workout or take the food home for later. We could also partner with restaurants and chefs that way people won't be just eating some random cafeteria food.
In a world today where 24 hours, sometimes, isn't enough to complete a day's work or project this concept can be a realistic approach in the coming future.
