Sharks Are Misunderstood

I am a strong believer that sharks are misunderstood. I also feel a lot of pain for these beautiful creatures. One of the worst things that breaks my heart is shark finning. If you don't know what sharking finning is, fishermen capture sharks and will cut off all their fins to make soup. When the shark dont have its fins the dye and sink to the bottom of the ocean. They will suffer from suffocation not being able to swim.

There are more than 400 species of sharks and not all sharks are big like a great white. In fact, there are some species that are about 8 in. long and not all sharks are carnivores. There are some sharks, like the Hammerhead, that like to eat plants. I think that people over exaggerate whenever there are sharks that are around our beaches. If you really think about it, summer time is getting hot and these sharks might want to have some fresh cool water. We need to be very cautious about how we see them, the ocean is their home and we need to respect it. Please respect our sharks!
