USC is Rose Bowl bound

It's official USC is Rose Bowl bound. They will be heading to their first Rose Bowl game since the 2008 season. They will be facing the Big 10 champion Penn State. Both teams had a bad early start to their season. USC started 1-3 and Penn State started 2-2. Both of these schools finished their season on long winning streaks. USC is on a 8 game winning streak and Penn State on a 9 game winning streak. This game is going to be a great game between  two great programs.
