The benefits of waking up before 7 a.m. is being able to check your emails, exercise, gather your thoughts, and prepare for the day – all before most people wake up. This allows you to move forward with your day without feeling rushed or like you are forgetting something to do.  

Another benefit of waking up early is that you get more sleep as a result because your day is much more productive. You no longer have to keep hitting the snooze button because you are getting the recommended 6-8 hours of sleep every night . A good amount of sleep also improves your health, memory, learning, productivity, and mood. It can even help you make fewer risky financial decisions, reduce stress, and decrease fat and increase muscle mass with exercise.
