How to Start a Mindfulness Practice for Your Workouts

Much of workout culture focuses on meeting fitness goals that help you strengthen your muscles, run farther and set new persona records. Even so, there are plenty of opportunities during your workouts to strengthen your mind and incorporate mindfulness or meditation. In an outcome-driven world, you might experience pressure or even negative self-talk while you are training. Determine Your Goals
 
You might already have a list of goals for how often you work out or how much you lift. The mindfulness movement is helping people prioritize
