Why do people feel they can verbally abuse retail workers? It's not our fault you're late. It's not our fault you're boyfriend cheated on you. It's not our fault you didn't listen to your cashier or the big red stamp that says "14 DAY RETURN" and want to return something from 3 months ago. It's not our fault that we're out of stock on an item because you waited until THE LAST FUCKING MINUTE to buy your kid's school supplies. Our store is closing. There are signs literally everywhere saying we're closing in 2 weeks. Our storage locations and shelves are EMPTY, what makes you think we have 100 notebooks? What makes people think that because the website has the item in stock, that the store does? The worst ones are the ones that are already yelling at me for not having something in the store that the website has, then going to look it up online to see the red words ONLINE ONLY, NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES. Seriously? We are literally the bottom of the food chain in this company. We have no say about the business, we control nothing other than transactions. WE DON'T GET PAID ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH YOUR BULLSHIT, STOP IT!
Good day.
