From time to time I enjoy going to a museum to study history and enjoy the art of various cultures. Last year, a few friends came from various locations around California. We spent a few days reminiscing and enjoying each other's company and stories. One of the places we went to is the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. The Getty Center sits on a hilltop in the Santa Monica Mountains, above and west of the 405 Freeway. This is a picture my friend took looking southeast from the main area of the Getty Center.
