Through this program, the IT giant of the country eyes to contribute to a skilling mission needed to uplift the country's youth. As a part of HCL’s new strategy for students who have recently completed 12th, the program offers IT-based jobs and equips the students with future-ready skills. 

As per the HCL Techbee Feedback, the program empowers students technically and professionally for entry-level IT and engineering jobs at HCL. During the program, the trainees need to undergo extensive 12 months of training to fit into software engineers' job-roles and other job roles. While working at HCL, the Techbee candidates are free to enroll in degree programs at reputed universities like BITS Pilani and SATRA University. In an arrangement between the top technical institutions and HCL, classes are conducted online to facilitate the students' best opportunities while they still work with HCL.

Eligibility:

Applicants must have Mathematics/ Business Mathematics in class 12th as compulsory subjects with a minimum score of 60% & above in class 12th. The passing school year should not be later than the current year or one year before the Tech Bee year Batch for which the candidate is applying. Applicants interested in enrolling in the program need to undergo an entrance test. Selection for the training and hiring program will be on a merit basis, after which the candidates need to appear for the SAT Test. The candidates who pass the test will proceed to appear for panel interviews for final selection.

 

Program Detail:

The HCL paid training program provides classroom training and on-the-job training, making the students self-reliant. During the entire period of training, students earn a fixed amount of stipend per month.

Once completed the training, these candidates join prestigious projects at HCL Technologies in various Application and Infrastructure Support, Testing, and CAD Support. 

Structure of HCL TechBee- Early Career Program:

·      Classroom Training (6-9 months): This phase includes rigorous classroom training followed by three to six months of on-job training where candidates work on live projects. 

·      On Job Training (3-6 months): The next phase of the program is the on-job training where candidates work live on global projects. They get to work on live projects and gain practical knowledge. 

·      Higher Education (3-4 Years for Undergraduate Programs): While employed at HCL Technologies, individuals can enroll for work-integrated higher education programs at top technical institutions.

Students from across India and who have completed their Class 12th with Maths in 2019 and 2020 are eligible to apply for the HCL Early Career Program.
