Life Coaching Tip #2: Take a break! You will need a break every 90-120 minutes throughout your day. Stop what you're doing, get fully up, christian business coach move and go get something to drink. Other clients have integrated "stretch breaks" into their days and meetings. Find something that may meet your needs and test it out. You will end up surprised.
