at it and see exactly how long it will last and what will happen when the lease
end happens. This will help you make a smart decision on whether to go with

And the third option that you can
choose is the month to month lease. This one is going to renew automatically
each month, but could technically end when the month is over as well. Either
the tenant or the landlord will be able to end it, but it does provide some
flexibility if you need it.
