Chicago's Rising Stars Part 1 (King Von)

The simple way to explain King Von would be that he’s an emerging Chicago drill artist. However, that’s definitely not the case. King Von was just recently released from prison after serving 3 1/2 years for attempted Murder and Murder charges which he eventually beat. He is close friends with Lil Durk who is a well known Chicago drill artist that grew up with people like Chief Keef. On the music side, King Von has released Songs such as “Crazy Story,” “War wit Us,” and ‘Beat dat Body” ( yea literally). The music video for his biggest hit to date “Crazy Story” currently has 36,170,005 views on Youtube! Personally, I think he’s the best one out Chicago’s Rising Stars because of his aggressive Chiraq flow and its something that Chicago has been missing for a couple of years!! Just to give you some perspective. King Von currently only has 4 songs out but a large part of his success is due to his personal relationships and background. There are other rappers that have blown up significantly larger in shorter amount of time solely based on their style of music. I say this due to the fact that King Von may only blow up due to people like Lil Durk surrounding him but thats not what I think!!
