What Is Fantasy Football and Why You Should Play!!!

American Football a sport that is very exciting, rough and for some a religion. There are many people that love football. They watch every game and are very passionate about their team and the sport in general. However there is a way to turn that passion into a game. Fantasy football is based on real life games. Depending on how the players on your team do you either win or lose for that. Each league is different. Some leagues have 12, 10,16, teams and people draft players at various positions. Some people have free leagues or money leagues where everyone throws in money and whoever comes in wins at the end of the season gets the jackpot. Fantasy football creates a sense of camaraderie with the people in your league and also lots of competition between those people especially when money is involved. Other aspects of Fantasy Football are how you can trade player with other teams in your league as well as picks for next season. Meaning that if your team is doing horrible towards the end of the season you can start preparing for next season by possibly getting picks for next season.  I personally play Yahoo Fantasy Football but there are other websites such as ESPN who have there own similar game as well.  If you are somewhat  new to the sport of Football and want a crash course on the sport I would say that playing Fantasy football is the best way to learn because it forces you to watch some games to see your players on your team preform live and you constantly have to check your team or whats the point in even playing.
