LA's Rising Stars Part 1 (Rucci)

Los Angeles is a melting pot with so many new rappers coming out of LA In Recent years. From rappers like Drakeo the Ruler, O3 Greedo, 1TakeJay, and Shorline Mafia. LA is chalk full of stars and Entertainers. However, If you are looking to listen to gangsta rap, someone that envelopes LA gang culture and would be consider a reality rapper than Rucci is your guy. Rucci has been rapping since late 2015 under the duo Mackrucci Music with late partner Sean Mack. He released few singles in 2015 but they started to gain traction in 2016 with their debut mixtape Mackrucci. With songs like West Hannin,' Bullshit, and Domino Effect doing numbers and releasing videos they were able to go on tour and create a country wide fan base. That all came to a major halt when Sean Mack the other half of MackkRucci Music was killed in July 2017. After taking a hiatus Rucci returned with Go Rucci and it all took off from there. The next couple mof years would be big with hime releasing various mixtapes Dawgstyle, El Perro, while also releasing his debut album For My Dawgz In 2019 as well as releasing another album Tako's Son in July 2019. He currently has 130,000 monthly followers on Spotify and has been doing shows at big events like SXSW. Be warned the music is very violent so if gangsta rap isn't really your vibe you should not listen because it can be very crude or vulgar to some audiences. I personally think its amazing since thats what I grew up listening to but thats just me.
